Knack Global recognizes the contribution of its employees as it successfully navigates the COVID-19 pandemic
“I have always known that we have built a dedicated team at Knack, and as I take pride in Knack’s ability adapt to the situation, our team’s demonstration of commitment to clients in the face of personal adversity has humbled me. – Rajiv Sharma, CEO, Knack Global”
Knack Global, LLC, a Woodbridge, NJ headquartered healthcare services company recognizes with great pride the exceptional commitment from all of their employees in the face of the adversities presented by COVID-19 to complete the successful transition of Knack’s delivery capability to one that is fully virtual.
At the beginning of March 2020, management at Knack activated the company’s business continuity plan and while recognizing that elements of that plan needed to be adjusted for the unique realities of the COVID-19 pandemic. Key to implementing the business continuity plan involved ensuring the criticality of client’s data, security, and HIPAA compliance. Knack’s employees in the US and in India ensured that Knack’s business continuity plan worked as well in reality as was laid out in paper. By early March 2020 IT teams were activated to purchase, relocate and set up IT hardware and software that would allow each and every employee to be fully productive from their homes. Being one of the first companies in the sector to mandate work-from-home for all employees allowed Knack to promote social isolation in its workforce. By March 23rd Knack was delivering all its services fully remotely with no loss of productivity and regular reports/communication with clients were updated.
Allen Plunk, SVP, Managed Services at Nextgen Healthcare said, ‘COVID-19 has reaffirmed our faith in the need of deep relationships with our global partners. We have been engaged with Knack since 2008 providing us support across many RCM functions. During this pandemic and period of lockdown, Knack not only demonstrated their proactive approach to ensuring uninterrupted service delivery, but also provided transparency in communication throughout, a true testament to the partnership we have built with Knack over the years.’
Sunil Krishnan, Vice President, Global Operations and Analytics, Revenue Cycle Management at Brightree said, ‘Brightree RCM is committed to providing our clients with reliable and effective services, which we do in partnership with Knack, one of our global partners. The proactive and efficient manner in which Knack transitioned to a remote workforce during this pandemic with minimal interruption to our Brightree RCM services was greatly appreciated’.
Hearing such thoughts of appreciation gives every team member at Knack immense satisfaction. Rajiv Sharma, Knack’s CEO, said ‘I have always known that we have built a dedicated team at Knack, and as I take pride in Knack’s ability adapt to the situation, our team’s demonstration of commitment to clients in the face of personal adversity has humbled me.’
With most predictions about the evolution of the COVID-19 pandemic indicating varying degrees of uncertainty about the duration, intensity and frequency of social isolation mandates globally, Knack and its employees remain committed to being flexible and adaptable to evolve in line with global economic, business and social realities
